BISSECK stays more cautious to cover the space left behind when the wide players step up.

The midfield operates as a double pivot to provide a link between the defense and the heavy attack. ANDRÉ works to shield the back four by intercepting passes and tracking runs in the middle. BARELLA drives the team forward with his high work rate and ability to break the line with progressive passes.
