Raków plays a 3-4-3 formation that focuses on a high press and quick vertical play. This lineup is built to win the ball high up the pitch and use wide areas to stretch the opposition. The team looks to dominate through aggressive pressing and rapid transitions to catch the defense off guard.

Zych operates between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line consists of a back three with Svarnas on the left, Dawidowicz in the center, and Racovitan on the right. Dawidowicz is known for his aerial strength and leadership. Svarnas and Racovitan provide cover and step up to intercept passes while the wing backs, Carlos and Tudor, provide width. Carlos and Tudor push high to overlap the attackers, creating a wide defensive block that can shift to cover the flanks.

The midfield works as a central pair of two central midfielders. Repka and Bulat occupy the middle to shield the back three and break the line with forward passes. Repka and Bulat work to connect the defense to the front three by recycling possession and driving the ball into the final third.
