The midfield operates as a double pivot consisting of DANIEL and EDUARD. These two players hold the central zone to shield the defense and prevent counter attacks. DANIEL and EDUARD must work hard to intercept passes and regain possession quickly to feed the attackers. They act as the engine room, connecting the defensive unit to the heavy front line by making short passes or switching play to the wings.

Louisville utilizes four attackers to create constant pressure on the opposition defense. MARCEL and TOMAS occupy the wide positions as wingers, looking to cut inside or provide crosses into the box.
