LUCAS guards the goal while the defensive unit sits behind a high line to compress the pitch. NICOLÁS and JUAN PABLO act as the central defenders, where they must remain alert to cover space behind the midfield. EMILIANO and BRUNO operate as the wide defenders, tasked with pushing up the flanks to provide width. This back four must work together to block passing lanes and shift side to side to maintain compactness when the team loses possession.

The midfield operates with a double pivot consisting of LUCAS and ENZO. These two players are responsible for shielding the defense and breaking up play before the opposition can reach the final third.
