Alianza plays a 4-3-3 formation that relies on a high press and quick verticality. This lineup is built to control the middle of the pitch and quickly transition from defense to attack. By using a wide attacking trio, Alianza aims to stretch the opposition and create space for midfielders to push forward into the final third.

GUILLERMO starts in goal to organize the back line. The defense operates with a flat back four where RENZO and GIANFRANCO act as the central defenders to block crosses and intercept passes. RENZO provides coverage while GIANFRANCO focuses on winning aerial duels. On the flanks, CRISTIAN and LUÍS act as full backs who must balance their defensive duties with the need to overlap. They push up the pitch to provide width and allow the wingers to move into central areas.

The midfield features a trio that connects the defensive unit to the front line. JESÚS and PEDRO occupy the central roles to control the tempo and shield the defense from direct attacks. JESÚS works to break the line with progressive passes while PEDRO stays close to the center to intercept play. JAIRO plays as the attacking midfielder, occupying the space between the opposition midfield and defense. He looks to find pockets of space to create chances for the forwards.

The attack consists of three players tasked with high pressing and stretching the play. ERYC and ALAN operate as wide attackers on the left and right sides. They frequently cut inside to challenge the central defenders and create space for the full backs to cross the ball. FEDERICO leads the line as a lone striker, tasked with holding up the ball and making runs to pull defenders out of position. This movement creates gaps for JAIRO and the wingers to run into.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to press high in coordinated waves. When the ball is lost, the front three and JAIRO immediately step up to hunt for the ball. Another strength is the ability to create wide overloads. When CRISTIAN or LUÍS push forward, they combine with ERYC or ALAN to overwhelm the opposition full backs. This forces the defense to shift constantly, creating gaps in the middle for the midfielders to exploit.
