Chrudim Football Formation
Starting Lineup
Micheal · Mark · Siso · Arou · Joel · Carlsam · Raphael · Kome · Samal · Shamir · ArianChrudim uses a 3-3-4 formation that prioritizes a heavy vertical attack. This lineup is built to overwhelm the opposition through high numbers in the final third. It is a high press system designed to win the ball early and force quick transitions before the opponent can settle.
Mark stays between the posts to manage the back line. The defense consists of a back three with Raphael acting as the central defender to hold the line. Micheal occupies the right side of the three while Arian covers the left. This unit needs to step up to catch attackers offside and maintain a high line to support the heavy press. They must track back quickly if the ball is lost in the middle of the pitch.
The midfield works as a single line of three to connect the defense to the attack. Arou plays as the attacking midfielder to drive forward and create chances. Kome and Joel occupy the central roles to shield the back three and win second balls. They must shift side to side to cover the gaps left by the advancing attackers and ensure the team remains compact when the opposition tries to switch play.
The front line is incredibly aggressive with four dedicated attackers. Shamir and Siso operate as two central forwards to pin the opposing defenders back. They use their presence to hold up the ball and make runs into the channels. Carlsam and Samal stay wide as wingers to provide width and stretch the defense. These four players press in coordinated waves to force turnovers high up the pitch.
One major advantage for Chrudim is the ability to create massive numerical superiority in the attacking zone. The presence of four forwards makes it difficult for a standard back four to track every run. Another strength is the immediate pressure applied by the frontline, which can trap opponents in their own half. This lineup forces the opposition to defend deep and makes it hard for them to build play from the back.
This 3-3-4 formation is a high risk, high reward system built for aggressive, attacking football. It is best suited for games where Chrudim needs to break down a parked bus or chase a result through constant pressure.
