Prioritizing a high press and rapid vertical play, All Boys operate within a 4-3-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball high up the pitch and push quickly toward the opponent goal. The team looks to control the tempo through heavy pressing and quick transitions to catch the opposition out of position.

Mursalin starts in goal to organize the back line. The defensive unit sits with a flat back four to maintain compactness. Kajol and Rashed play as the central defenders, where they must track runs and dominate in the air. On the flanks, Roton and Joy act as full backs to provide cover and stop wide attacks. These four must step up together to squeeze the space when the team presses high.

The midfield consists of a central trio to control the middle of the park. Fahim occupies the central role to connect the defense to the attack. Beside him, insan and Polas work to control the zones and intercept passes. These players must work hard to cover the space between the lines and ensure the team stays compact when the opponent tries to play through the middle.

In the final third, the attack relies on three dedicated forwards. Jabbar leads the line as a lone striker to hold up the ball and lead the press. Limon and Guddu play as wide wingers, looking to cut inside or stretch the defense to create space. This attacking unit focuses on quick movement to create openings in the opposition box.

All Boys find success through several tactical advantages. The wide players and full backs can create wide overloads to pull defenders out of position. The midfield trio provides the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force mistakes. Additionally, the speed of transition from the midfield to Jabbar allows the team to punish opponents who play with a high defensive line.

This 4-3-3 formation is designed for a team that wants to dominate through aggressive pressing. It is best suited for games against opponents who struggle to play out from the back under pressure.
