Mursalin starts in goal to organize the back line. The defensive unit sits with a flat back four to maintain compactness. Kajol and Rashed play as the central defenders, where they must track runs and dominate in the air. On the flanks, Roton and Joy act as full backs to provide cover and stop wide attacks. These four must step up together to squeeze the space when the team presses high.

The midfield consists of a central trio to control the middle of the park. Fahim occupies the central role to connect the defense to the attack. Beside him, insan and Polas work to control the zones and intercept passes. These players must work hard to cover the space between the lines and ensure the team stays compact when the opponent tries to play through the middle.

In the final third, the attack relies on three dedicated forwards. Jabbar leads the line as a lone striker to hold up the ball and lead the press. Limon and Guddu play as wide wingers, looking to cut inside or stretch the defense to create space. This attacking unit focuses on quick movement to create openings in the opposition box.
