The team uses a midfield three where Jama, serving as the captain, holds the central position to shield the defense and break the line with forward passes. To his left, Tolla works to connect the defense to the attack by recycling possession. Umar plays a more advanced role as an attacking midfielder to link the middle third with the front line, making late runs into the box to support the goal threat.

The attacking front line utilizes three attackers to stretch the opposition. Gio leads the line as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and bring others into play. On the wings, Hoender and Ethan act as wide wingers who look to cut inside and create goal scoring chances. These players press the opposition defenders high up the pitch to force turnovers, allowing the team to attack with numbers in the final third.

One major advantage for PSG is the ability to create wide overloads through the movements of Vortex and Dayyaan alongside the wingers. The presence of Jama allows the team to maintain compactness when defending, preventing central breakthroughs. Furthermore, the positioning of Umar between the lines creates numerical superiority in the attacking half, making it difficult for opponents to mark every runner.
