Starting Lineup

Aldershot aims to win the ball back high up the pitch and strike with speed, utilizing a 3-5-2 formation. This lineup is built to dominate the central areas and use aggressive pressing to disrupt the opposition. By spreading the pitch through wide players, the team looks to create quick transitions to catch the defense out of position.

Fellu starts in goal to anchor the defensive unit. The back line operates as a back three, with Samba/AI acting as the central defender to hold the line and organize the unit. AI plays as the left centre-back and the right centre-back, providing depth and coverage to ensure the defensive block remains compact. This trio works together to defend zonally and secure the area in front of Fellu.

The midfield consists of a central trio and two wide players to control the game. Morti and Orto act as a double pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. Klarna plays as an attacking ten behind the strikers to connect the lines and play through the lines. On the flanks, Vike operates as a right midfielder while Samba/AI occupies the left midfield role to provide width. This group works to compress the midfield and win the second ball in the center of the park.

Aldershot employs two forwards in a partnership to pressure the opposition back line. Mä plays as the left striker and Mönjä acts as the right striker, often working in combinations to pull defenders out of position. These two forwards press from the front to force a long ball from the opponent. The goal is to create runs in behind or find the feet of the striker through quick passing in tight spaces.
