Atlante focuses on a vertical style of play built around a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup relies on quick transitions and direct movements to catch the opposition out of position. The team seeks to use the full width of the pitch to stretch the defense while maintaining a strong central presence to win second balls.

Toni operates between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line uses a back three consisting of Roland contra Lalo, Macumba contra Jerson, and Ángel Del Villar. Roland contra Lalo acts as the right-sided center back to cover the space behind the wing back, while Macumba contra Jerson holds the central position to dominate the air. Ángel Del Villar plays as the left-sided center back to step up and intercept passes. This trio works together to maintain a compact shape when the team drops into a low block to protect the goal.

The midfield functions as a four-man unit designed to control the center and provide width. Chuster o Kevin and Mainor contra Diño act as a double pivot to shield the defense and recycle possession. Chuster o Kevin works to connect the defensive and attacking lines by receiving the ball from the back, while Mainor contra Diño looks to carry the ball forward and press aggressively to win it back high up the pitch. Carlos plays on the right side to provide width, while Kevin O'Selvin operates on the left to help the team transition from a mid-block into an attacking phase.

The attack utilizes three forwards to pin the last defender and create constant threats. Maxi and Nelson act as wide wingers who stay high to stretch the defense, with Nelson looking to cut inside to create chances. Brian o el flaco plays as a lone striker, acting as a target man to hold up the ball and allow the wingers to arrive late into the box. The front three work to press the opposition back line from the front, using quick combinations to create runs in behind the defenders.

Atlante gains a tactical advantage through wide overloads when the midfielders and wingers coordinate their movements. The formation also offers the ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it difficult for opponents to play out from the back. This creates space for the midfielders to exploit during rapid transitions.

This 3-4-3 lineup is built to punish teams that leave gaps between their midfield and defensive lines. It is best suited for matches where the team can use speed and directness to break through a compact defense.
