Playing with a high press and verticality, Inter utilizes a 5-2-3 formation. The team wants to win the ball high up the pitch and move toward the goal with extreme speed. This lineup is built to stretch the defence using wide players while remaining solid in the center. The goal is to force turnovers and strike quickly in transition to catch the opposition off guard.

The goalkeeper manages the back line from his position. The defenders operate in a back five that acts as a zonal line. Poxmelator works as an attacking wing back on the left, while Xvv friend provides similar movement as an attacking wing back on the right. The three central defenders hold the line to defend zonally and cover the space when the wing backs push high. They move together to squeeze the space and deny the turn to any attacking opponents.

The midfield operates as a two man pairing in the center. Fishy and Undertaker connect the defence and the attack. Undertaker drives forward with the ball to carry it into the final third, while Fishy drops to receive between the lines and recycle possession. They must win the second ball to keep the pressure on the opposition. This pairing helps the team progress through the thirds and links the defensive block to the front three.

The attack consists of three players across the front. Rekro acts as a pressing centre forward to pin the last defender. On the left, Undertaker's friend plays as an inverted winger who will cut inside to create space in the middle. Xvv stays wide on the right to stretch the defence and provide width. The team attacks in combinations, looking for runs in behind or cutbacks from the byline. The wing backs, Xvv friend and Poxmelator, often overlap the winger to create wide overloads.

Internazionale benefits from the ability to create wide overloads from overlapping full backs. When Poxmelator and Xvv friend push high, they create numerical superiority on the flanks. The team also relies on a high speed of transition. Once the midfield regains control, they can break quickly to exploit space. This allows Xvv and Undertaker's friend to hit in behind on the transition and catch the defence out of position.
