Luiz Henrique stays wide on the right to provide width and deliver crosses. Matheus Cunha and Endrick work together in the middle as a pair of forwards. They often act as a pressing centre forward duo to trigger a press from the front. This formation is designed to create runs in behind and allow the players to attack the space behind the opposition defenders.

One major advantage for Brazil is the ability to press high in coordinated waves. This constant pressure makes it hard for the opponent to play out from the back and forces them to go direct.
