Levadeiakos employs a 4-2-4 formation to play a very vertical and attacking game. The lineup is built to strike quickly and put constant pressure on the opposition defence. This formation focuses on getting players forward through the thirds to exploit spaces behind the back line and catch opponents off guard.

Lodigin stays between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line works as a flat back four with Tsapras at right back and Vichos at left back. In the middle, Liagas and Magnusson act as the central defenders to hold the line and defend zonally. Tsapras and Vichos need to track back to cover the wide areas and prevent crosses, while Liagas and Magnusson focus on winning headers and clearing the lines when the ball comes into the box.

In the center of the pitch, the midfield operates as a double pivot with Kosti and Cokaj. These two players sit in front of the back four to shield the defence and win the second ball. Kosti and Cokaj must work hard to connect the defensive and attacking lines by recycling possession and playing short from the back. Their main job is to compress the midfield and deny the pivot of the opposition while they look to break the line with a pass.

The attack is led by four players who aim to stretch the defence across the pitch. Lagus and Palacios play as wide wingers who spread wide to pull the opposition defenders out of position. In the center, Baltsi and Pedrozo operate as a strike partnership. This duo works to find the feet of the striker or knock it in behind to test the goalkeeper. Lagus and Palacios will often look to cut inside or get to the byline to deliver early crosses for Baltsi and Pedrozo to attack the near post or attack the far post.

A primary strength for Levadeiakos is the speed of transition when they win the ball back high up the pitch. Having four attackers allows the team to isolate wide players in one on one situations when they break quickly. This formation also provides the ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it very difficult for the opposition to play out from the back.

This 4-2-4 formation is a direct and aggressive lineup meant to overwhelm the opponent. It is best suited for games where the team needs to chase a result or face an opponent that leaves space behind their defence.
