Inter focus on a high press and quick verticality through a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup aims to win the ball high up the pitch and use rapid transitions to catch the opposition out of position. The team looks to spread wide and use the width of the pitch to stretch the defence.

Sulfer starts in goal to command the area. The back three consists of Arbi, Amongus, and NK. Arbi acts as the central defender to hold the line while Amongus and NK operate as wide centre-backs to cover the channels. This unit can step up to squeeze the space or drop into a low block when under pressure. They work to win the second ball and clear the lines when the opponent breaks forward.

The midfield uses a central trio to control the tempo. Poxmelator sits as a single pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. Flo and TheLast operate as inverted eights to connect the defensive and attacking lines. Flo drives forward with the ball while TheLast makes late runs into the box to support the attack. Misty plays as an attacking ten behind the striker to create chances and find the feet of the striker in tight spaces.

Inter attack with three forwards to pin the last defender. Rekro acts as the lone striker and works to hold up the ball and link up play between the lines. Xvv plays as an inverted winger on the left to cut inside and create overloads, while Fishy stays wide on the right to whip it in from the flank. These attackers press from the front to force a long ball and create runs in behind the opposition back line.

One major advantage is the ability to press high in coordinated waves using the front three and Misty. This creates pressure in the final third to win it back high up the pitch. Inter also benefit from numerical superiority in the central areas when Misty moves into the half spaces. The width provided by Xvv and Fishy allows the team to switch play quickly to find isolated players.

This 3-4-3 formation is built to dominate games through high intensity pressing and quick attacking combinations. It is best suited for facing teams that struggle to play out from the back or leave space behind their midfield.
