Jordan aims to play a direct and vertical game through a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup focuses on quick transitions to catch opponents out of position by using the width of the pitch. The team looks to win the ball and immediately move it into the final third to exploit space behind the opposition defense.

ABU LAILA acts as the last line of defense in goal. The defensive unit sits in a back three with AL-ARAB acting as the central defender to hold the line and win headers. ABUDAHAB operates as the left centre-back and NASIB plays as the right centre-back to cover the spaces behind the midfield. This back three functions as a solid block to protect the middle of the pitch while providing a base to play out from the back when necessary.

The midfield is a hard working unit consisting of a central pairing and wide players. AL-RAWABDEH and AL-RASHDAN occupy the center to shield the defense and compete for second balls. AL-RAWABDEH uses his driving runs to carry the ball forward and link the defense to the attack. On the flanks, ABU TAHA and HADDAD play as wide midfielders who provide width and are expected to track back to help the defenders. This midfield group works to squeeze the space in the center and force the play wide.

The attacking front line is composed of three players designed to stretch the defense. ALI OLWAN plays as a left winger and AL-AZAIZEH operates as a right winger, with both players looking to cut inside to create goal scoring chances. FAKHOURI plays as a lone striker to lead the line and find the feet of the midfielders. The forwards press from the front to force long balls and create turnovers high up the pitch. This front three creates constant movement with runs in behind and attempts to isolate defenders in one on one situations.

Jordan gains a significant advantage through the ability to create wide overloads when the wingers and wide midfielders combine. The formation also offers great speed of transition because the players are positioned to move forward as soon as possession is regained. By using a back three, the team maintains compactness when defending while being ready to counter at pace.

This 3-4-3 formation relies on quick transitions and aggressive wide play. It is best suited for games against opponents who play a high line and leave space behind their defenders.
