The haramball, kickoff and with ball: Anthony passes it into the midfielders, they then hold the ball and Anthony goes up un line with the opponents defence, the midfield lobs the ball up to Anthony and attempts a shot at goal.

Without ball: when the opponent has the ball, the 3 defenders and the midfielder drops back and stays near the goal, the 4 players at the back form a diamond shape and stays in front of the opponent’s attackers, do not let the opponent get in front of the 4 back four as this will allow them to get a shot in, once we win the ball the defence lobs the ball up to Anthony and he takes shot on goal.
