On attack, Veiga & Dias stay back; Semedo goes up to play a winger role or as an inverted wingback outlet. Neves can drop back and play defensively or get in the box when necessary. Fernandes can generate crosses or play inside as a number 10 with Semedo playing up. Vitinha will be the deep lying playmaker, playing close to Veiga & Dias and always looking for the ball. As the game goes on, even Bruno can play that role, and we can take Vitinha off for an attacker. On the left, Mendes can come up and offer help as a winger, with Felix transitioning inside as someone who can give the final pass to Ronaldo/Ramos.
