George sits between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit operates with a back three consisting of Ben in the center, with Evan as the right centre-back and Brandon as the left centre-back. Ben acts as the anchor, staying central to win the second ball while Evan and Brandon provide cover to the sides. This three man line works together to keep the defensive unit narrow, forcing the opposition to play wide.

A three man midfield connects the defense to the attack. Kian operates as a single pivot to shield the defense and sit in front of the center backs. Bruno and Marcus work as two central midfielders who drive forward with the ball and arrive late into the box. On the flanks, Shiesty and Mud act as wide midfielders to provide width and support the wingers. Shiesty and Mud are responsible for tracking back to help the defense while also looking to spread wide when Salford has the ball.

The attacking unit uses a two man partnership up front. Lux and Ellis act as the two forwards, working together to stretch the defense. Lux plays as a pressing centre forward to force a long ball from the opposition, while Ellis looks to find space between the lines to link up play. The team builds attacks by using the wide midfielders to provide service, looking to whip it in for the strikers or play through the lines with direct passes.

This formation offers significant tactical advantages, specifically the ability to create numerical superiority in midfield when Marcus and Bruno push forward.
