Belgium employs four attackers to overwhelm the opposition defense. Trossard operates as an inverted winger on the left, looking to cut inside and find space in the half spaces. Lukebakio stays wider on the right to stretch the defense and provide service. Up front, Tielemans and De Ketelaere operate as a two forwards partnership. Tielemans can drop slightly deeper to link play, while De Ketelaere uses his movement to find pockets of space. The front four press from the front to force a long ball and win it back high up the pitch.
