In the center, Pi and Apek form the partnership, with Apek acting as a dominant presence in the air to clear long balls. Pi provides cover when the line steps up to catch the opposition offside. The whole unit stays compact to deny any easy passing lanes through the middle.

The midfield is a crowded engine room consisting of five players tasked with winning the second ball. Apik and Ajim form a double pivot to shield the defense, with Ajim working to intercept passes and Apik dropping deep to collect the ball. Syamel and Kilat play as the two central midfielders, with Kilat looking to carry the ball forward and Syamel finding space to arrive late into the box. Namie/Chandra operates in the central zone to connect the defensive and attacking lines, ensuring the team can recycle possession under pressure.

Morocco uses a lone striker in Wan to lead the line. Wan acts as a target man to hold up the ball and allow the midfield to push up the pitch. The attack is built through quick combinations where the midfielders look to play through the lines to find Wan. While the wide midfielders help to spread the defense, the main goal is to use the striker to pin the last defender and create runs in behind.

This 4-5-1 formation provides a massive numerical superiority in midfield, making it very difficult for opponents to play through the center.
