Drill 1 (Beginner) | Build-up Discipline
Rule:
- CBs can only pass to another CB or the DM on their side.
- DM can only pass forward to the CAM.
- CAM can only have maximum 2 secons on the ball & cannot pass it to any WMs.
- RS can only find CAM or RM (Vice versa for LS).
- RM can only find RS or RDM (Vice versa for LM).
- GK must always play it short.
- Team must make one extra pass before shooting. (Extra pass to be met with a first time shot preferably).

Goal: Build through the middle instead of skipping lines.
