A heavy focus on defensive stability and quick counter attacks defines this lineup, which operates in a 5-3-2 formation. This system is built to absorb pressure and then break quickly once the ball is won. By sitting deep, the team looks to compress the space between the lines and use the width of the pitch when moving forward.

NADIM starts between the posts to manage the defensive line. A back five provides a narrow defensive block that is difficult to penetrate through the middle. BOKKOR acts as the central anchor in front of the keeper, while HAIDER and SHORIFUL operate as the wide centre-backs to cover the channels. The wing backs, WASIM and RIDOY, provide the necessary width, acting as attacking wing backs when the team has the ball and dropping back to form a five when defending. This unit works to win the second ball and ensure the team stays compact.

The midfield uses a three-man midfield with a carrier to bridge the gap between the defence and attack. PRASAD and SHAHED work to shield the defence, with PRASAD often looking to win the second ball in central areas. SHAHED provides the link, often looking to carry the ball forward to transition the play. SHAHIN operates as an attacking ten behind the strikers, finding pockets of space to play through the lines. This midfield trio aims to press in a mid-block to force a long ball from the opposition.

Up front, the team relies on two forwards in a partnership to lead the line. TUHIN JR and MOFAZZOL work as a pair, often using their movement to stretch the defence. TUHIN JR focuses on link up play between the lines, while MOFAZZOL looks to run in behind the opposition back line. The wing backs, WASIM and RIDOY, provide constant width by overlapping the winger positions to deliver crosses into the box. This creates combinations where the strikers can pull defenders away to create space for late arrivals or wide entries.
