The goal is to pin the last defender and stretch the defence by using the full width of the pitch.

Moreau plays between the posts to organize the defensive unit. A flat back four serves as the foundation, with Kabouis acting as the right back and Hugo playing as the left back. Dior and Bounais form the central pair, where Dior acts as a ball playing defender while Bounais covers the space behind to sweep. The defensive line maintains a high line to squeeze the space between the units.

In the middle of the pitch, the team employs a double pivot to manage the transition from defence to attack. Reynard and Belkacem work together to control the center, with Belkacem shielding the defence while Reynard carries the ball forward to link the lines. They must work hard to win the second ball and prevent the opposition from playing through the lines. This midfield pair is tasked with recycling possession when the attack stalls.

The front line is composed of four attackers designed to punish the opponent. Vers and Diallon operate as wide wingers who hug the touchline to provide width, while Vers often cuts inside to create more central presence. Henry and Traore act as a central partnership, with Henry serving as a pressing centre-forward to trigger a press from the front. This four-man unit works to isolate a one-on-one wide or combine in tight spaces to find the feet of the striker.
