Elyounoussi looks to drive forward with the ball, while Larsson aims to arrive late into the box to support the attack. This group works to connect the defense to the front two.

In the attacking phase, FC København employs two forwards in a partnership. Dadasson acts as a pressing centre forward to force the opposition back line into mistakes. Moukoko plays alongside him, looking to make runs in behind the defenders. The team uses the wide areas when Huescas and López overlap the midfielders to stretch the defense. This allows the front two to find space between the lines or receive service through the middle. The attack is built on quick combinations and direct play.

One major tactical advantage is the ability to win the second ball in the middle of the pitch due to the proximity of the two lines.
