Starting Lineup

ALVRED · HENDRA · SUPRI · ANCAS · BRAMA · IJUL · ISWAIL · TOMI · SANDI · SOLEMAN · HARIANI

Focusing on a high press and rapid transition, this team operates with a 3-4-3 formation. The lineup aims to win the ball back high up the pitch to catch opponents out of position. By spreading wide and pushing the defensive line forward, the team seeks to squeeze the space and dominate the attacking third through quick vertical movements.

HARIANI acts as the last line of defense in goal. The defensive unit consists of a back three where TOMI sits centrally to command the area and organize the line. SANDI operates as the right center back to cover the wide areas, while SOLEMAN plays as the left center back. These defenders must hold the line and stay compact to prevent through balls. The unit is designed to defend zonally, ensuring that the three defenders work closely together to protect the middle of the pitch.

The midfield setup uses a four man block to control the center and provide width. ISWAIL plays as the right midfielder to stretch the opposition, while ANCAS occupies the left midfield role to provide balance. In the central areas, IJUL and BRAMA form a double pivot to manage the tempo. IJUL works to shield the defense and intercept passes, while BRAMA helps to connect the defensive and attacking lines by carrying the ball forward. This pairing is vital to recycle possession and ensure the team is not caught on the break.

The attacking front line consists of three players designed to pin the last defender. HENDRA plays as the lone striker and acts as the focal point to hold up the ball and find the feet of teammates. On the flanks, SUPRI plays as the right winger and ALVRED plays as the left winger. Both SUPRI and ALVRED are tasked to cut inside to create goalscoring chances or spread wide to deliver crosses. The forwards press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition, creating opportunities to win the second ball.

A major advantage of this formation is the ability to create wide overloads. When ISWAIL and ANCAS push forward, they provide support to the wingers, allowing the team to overload the flanks. Another strength is the compactness when defending, as the midfield and back three can shift together to deny the turn to attackers. This allows the team to transition from a mid block to a high press very quickly.

This formation relies on high intensity and quick vertical play to break down opponents. It is best suited for games against teams that play a high defensive line or struggle with rapid transitions.
