EDGAR is tasked to press aggressively to win the ball high, while JUAN looks to carry the ball forward into the half spaces. This trio ensures Charlotte FC can maintain control in the middle of the park and quickly move from a defensive block to an attacking phase.

In the final third, the lineup employs three attackers across the front. JD acts as a pressing centre-forward to harass the opposition back line and hold up the ball for his teammates. On the wings, NOAH and ANGEL operate as inverted wingers who cut inside to create central overloads. This movement pulls the opposition defenders out of position and creates space for the midfielders to arrive late into the box. The attacking unit relies on quick combinations to find the feet of the striker or exploit runs in behind the defense.
