Piast focuses on a heavy high press and rapid transitions using a 3-4-3. This lineup is built to win the ball high up the pitch and strike quickly before the opposition can settle. By using a narrow midfield and wide attackers, the team aims to squeeze the space in the center and force play into areas where they can intercept and break quickly.

Ntamack Katsatonis sits between the posts to anchor the defensive unit. The back line operates as a back three, with Lima on the left and Vallejo on the right to protect the flanks. Felix sits in the center to act as the primary covering defender, ensuring the line remains compact. These three defenders work together to defend zonally, often stepping up to trigger a press or dropping back to cover space if the opposition hits in behind on the transition.

The midfield operates as a three-man midfield with a carrier, featuring Leśniak, Łobojko, and Twumasi. These players are tasked to press aggressively to win the ball high and connect the defensive and attacking lines. Lewicki operates as an attacking ten behind the striker, finding pockets of space to receive on the half-turn and play through the lines. This midfield group works to compress the midfield when out of possession, forcing the opponent to play long balls that the defenders can win.

Up front, Piast utilizes three attackers across the front to stretch the defence. Juande and Czerwiński act as wide wingers who hug the touchline to create width, while Grill Plach Dudziński acts as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender. The movement of Juande and Czerwiński is designed to create runs in behind and allow the wingers to cut inside.
