Talleres aims to control games through high pressing and verticality using a 4-3-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball back high up the pitch and quickly progress through the thirds to catch opponents off guard. The team looks to dominate matches by squeezing the space in the middle and stretching the opposition with wide players.

RUFFINO operates between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit sits in a flat back four where PIÑA plays as a right back to provide width and STABILE acts as a left back to support the flank. GONZALEZ and TREGARTTEN form the central pair, tasked to defend zonally and hold the line. They must work together to set the offside trap and cover the space behind when the full backs push up.

In the middle of the pitch, the team uses a three-man midfield with a single pivot. VARGAS sits in front of the defence to shield the back four and recycle possession. KLIX and MOZEJKO operate as the two central midfielders, tasked to drive forward with the ball and win the second ball in the middle third. This trio connects the defensive unit to the front line, with VARGAS looking to intercept passes and play short from the back to start attacks.

The attacking front line uses three attackers across the front to pin the last defender. MESTRE acts as the central striker to find the feet of the striker and hold up the ball for others. DOS REIS and PRIMO operate as wide wingers, with DOS REIS looking to cut inside and PRIMO tasked to get to the byline to deliver early crosses. They press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition, creating chances through quick combinations in the final third.

Talleres offers several tactical advantages with this lineup. The team can create wide overloads from the full backs overlapping the wingers to overwhelm the flanks. They also benefit from the ability to press high in coordinated waves, which can force turnovers in dangerous areas. This pressing intensity allows the team to break quickly and hit the opposition on the transition.

The 4-3-3 formation provides Talleres with a strong balance of defensive solidity and attacking width. This setup is best suited for games against opponents who struggle to play out from the back under pressure.
