Jahidul sits between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line operates as a flat back four with Sharif and Rasel acting as the central pair. Rasel and Jahid occupy the central spots to defend zonally and provide cover when the ball moves wide. Belal provides width on the left as an attacking full back, while Sharif stays more disciplined to protect the right side. This defensive block aims to keep the lines tight to prevent through balls.

A central midfield pairing of Shamim and TAMIM works to control the tempo and shield the defence. Shamim sits deeper to pick up runners and win the second ball, while TAMIM provides the energy to drive forward with the ball. Biplob and Saddam push the play higher, with Saddam acting as an attacking ten who operates in the hole behind the strikers. This midfield grouping connects the defence to the attack, with Biplob looking to play through the lines to find the forwards.
