Mbeumo and Cuhna act as inverted wingers, with Mbeumo staying wide to stretch the defense before cutting inside and Cuhna looking to find pockets of space. Fernandes plays as a second striker in the hole to link play, while Sesko acts as the lone pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender. This front line is designed to create runs in behind and deliver crosses into the box for Sesko to attack.

Manchester United gains a significant advantage through the speed of transition and the ability to overwhelm opponents in the final third.
