Beside him, Jørgensen provides more movement to win the second ball and connect the defensive and attacking lines. Horvath and Schöpf operate in the half spaces to create passing lanes and drive forward with the ball to support the attack. Lang plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find the feet of the forward or arrive late into the box to strike from distance.

In the final third, the team employs three attackers to pin the opposition back. Kalajdzic acts as a pressing centre forward, using his presence to hold up the ball and link play with the incoming midfielders. Danek and Usor act as wide wingers who stretch the defence by pulling wide to create space for the midfielders. This attacking trio works to trigger a press from the front to force a long ball from the opponent. The formation is designed to create runs in behind and allow the wide players to receive the ball in one on one situations.

One major advantage for LASK is the numerical superiority in midfield, which allows them to control the tempo and squeeze the space for the opponent. The heavy central presence makes it difficult for other teams to play through the lines. Additionally, the team can use the width of Danek and Usor to create wide overloads when the fullbacks or midfielders push forward.
