Granada look to control games through high pressing and quick transitions in a 4-3-3. This formation is built to win the ball high up the pitch and use the speed of the front three to punish teams before they can settle. The goal is to keep the team compact and squeeze the space in the middle of the park to force mistakes.

Raúl Lizoain plays between the posts to organize the defensive unit. Granada defend with a flat back four where Baïla Diallo and S. López act as full backs to provide width. In the center, Bourama Dembel and Manu Lama form the pairing that must stay disciplined to maintain the line. Bourama Dembel and Manu Lama work together to cover the space behind the midfield and win the second ball. The defenders must hold the line and be ready to step up to catch attackers offside.

The midfield functions as a three-man midfield with a carrier. Rubén Alcaraz sits in the middle to shield the defense and recycle possession when the team builds from the back. To his sides, Pedro Alemañ and Gerard Gumbau act as the engine. Pedro Alemañ and Gerard Gumbau are tasked to press aggressively to win the ball high and connect the defensive and attacking lines. They must drop into the space between the lines if the opposition carries the ball forward, ensuring Granada stays hard to beat.

In the attacking phase, the team uses three attackers across the front. Chinaza Onouha acts as the pressing centre-forward to lead the line and pin the last defender. On the wings, José Arnáiz and Sergio Rodelas act as inverted wingers who cut inside to create goalscoring chances. This movement allows Baïla Diallo and S. López to overlap the winger and provide crosses. The front three aim to combine in tight spaces and use quick one-twos to break the line of the opposition defence.

Granada possess the ability to press high in coordinated waves which can disrupt the opponent's build up. By using José Arnáiz and Sergio Rodelas to stretch the defence, the team creates space for the midfielders to arrive late into the box. The central presence of Chinaza Onouha allows the team to win aerial duels and hold up the ball while others move into position. This makes the lineup very difficult to play through.

This 4-3-3 formation provides a strong balance between defensive solidity and attacking intent. It is best suited for games where Granada can use their intensity to overwhelm an opponent in the middle third.
