Mirandés looks to play a highly vertical game with an aggressive high press using a 3-3-4 formation. This lineup focuses on overwhelming the opposition in the final third and winning the ball back high up the pitch. The goal is to use extreme width and central presence to force errors from the opponent.

Nicolas Bastos stays between the posts to provide stability behind a high defensive line. The back three consists of A. Rømeling on the left, D. Priestley in the center, and M. Koshelev on the right. Priestley acts as the central anchor to defend the middle, while Rømeling and Koshelev must be ready to cover wide spaces when the midfield pushes up. This unit works to squeeze the space by setting a high line to keep the team compact.

The midfield works as a three-man midfield with a carrier to progress the ball. H. Koopmans sits in front of the defense to shield the back three and intercept passes. To his sides, L. Pisani and P. Cardozo act as the engines to connect the defense and attack. Pisani and Cardozo are tasked to press aggressively to win the ball high and support the forwards during transitions.

Mirandés uses four attackers to stretch the opposition defense. R. Teleki and Potgieter work as a central partnership, with one acting as a pressing centre-forward to force long balls. On the flanks, B. Šramek and I. Tsvetkov operate as wide wingers who hug the touchline to pull defenders apart. This front line is designed to create runs in behind and isolate defenders in one on one situations through quick combinations.

This formation offers significant tactical advantages through its ability to press high in coordinated waves. The presence of four attackers allows Mirandés to pin the last defender and create numerical superiority in the attacking third. Additionally, the wide positioning of Šramek and Tsvetkov creates wide overloads that force the opposition to shift constantly.

The 3-3-4 formation is built for high intensity and direct attacking play. It is best suited for games where the team needs to break down a low block through sheer numbers and constant pressure.
