Baran Mateusz plays between the posts to start the buildup. The defensive unit sits in a flat back four with Damian as the left back and Catalin acting as the right back. They are expected to provide width when the team moves forward, while Marcin Sieroń and Alex hold the center. Marcin Sieroń and Alex must be ready to step up to squeeze the space or drop back to cover runs in behind. The defensive line needs to stay compact to prevent the opposition from playing through the middle.

The midfield relies on a double pivot consisting of Souhail and Jose. This duo must work hard to shield the defence and recycle possession when the attack stalls. Jose and Souhail act as the engine, with one player often dropping deep to receive from the centre backs while the other looks to carry the ball forward. They are the primary link between the back four and the heavy front line, tasked with intercepting passes and breaking the first line of the opponent press.

Attacking with four players upfront, the team uses two wide wingers and two central strikers. Dawid and Bartosz S occupy the flanks, looking to stretch the defence by pulling wide and then cutting inside to create goal scoring chances. In the center, Damian and Krystian function as a partnership to pin the last defender and fight for second balls. The instruction for Dawid and Bartosz S is to get to the byline and deliver crosses, or to find the feet of the strikers in tight spaces.

A major advantage for this lineup is the ability to create massive numerical superiority in the attacking third. By committing four players forward, the team can overwhelm a standard back four and force wide players into difficult one on one situations. Another strength is the speed of transition, as the double pivot of Jose and Souhail can quickly find the forwards to hit in behind on the transition.
