Noah sits between the posts to organize the back line. The defense operates as a flat back four where Isaac plays as the left back and Toni acts as the right back. Toni and Isaac are expected to push up to provide width while the central defenders, Yaya and Julián, hold the line. Yaya and Julián work to defend zonally and ensure they cover the space behind the full backs when they push forward. The unit must stay compact to deny the turn to opposing attackers.

The midfield functions with a three-man midfield including a central engine and creative links. Sabit and Rayan operate in the central areas to shield the defense and win the second ball. Matheus plays as an attacking ten behind the striker to connect the lines. Matheus looks to receive on the half-turn and play through the lines to find the attackers. Sabit and Rayan must press aggressively to win it back high up the pitch and immediately look to progress through the thirds.

Torreense utilizes three attackers across the front to stretch the defense. Dawda acts as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender and fight for long balls. André plays as an inverted winger on the left to cut inside and create space for Isaac to overlap. On the right, Cédric stays wide to whip it in or play short from the back to maintain possession. The forwards aim to find the feet of the striker or knock it in behind to exploit the space.

One major strength of this Torreense lineup is the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force a long ball from the opposition. This setup also creates wide overloads when Toni and Cédric combine to isolate the opposing full back. The presence of Matheus allows the team to create numerical superiority in the final third.

This 4-3-3 formation relies on intense pressing and quick vertical movements. It is best suited for games against opponents who struggle to play out from the back under pressure.
