Hibernian aims to control the tempo and pin the opposition back using a 4-3-3. This formation is built to play a high press and move the ball quickly through the thirds to catch the defense out of position. The lineup relies on aggressive movements to win the ball high up the pitch and transition into attack immediately.

Jordan sits between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit works as a flat back four where Kanayo plays as an attacking wing back on the right to provide width. On the left, Adam acts as an overlapping full back to help the attack. Marko and Jason function as the central defenders, with Marko acting as a ball playing defender to start the build up. Jason provides cover to sweep behind a high line when the team pushes forward.

The midfield operates with a three-man midfield with a carrier to link the phases. Azeem occupies the left central role to shield the defense and win the second ball. Joe sits in the right central position to drive forward with the ball and connect the lines. Callum plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to arrive late into the box and create chances in the half spaces. This group works to compress the midfield and deny the turn of opposition players.

Hibernian uses three attackers across the front to stretch the defense. Owen acts as an inverted winger on the left who will cut inside to find space. Rudi operates on the right as a winger who stays wide to deliver crosses. Ante serves as a pressing centre-forward to lead the line and pin the last defender. The front three work to trigger a press from the front, forcing a long ball from the opposition.

One major strength of this Hibernian lineup is the ability to create wide overloads through the movements of Adam and Kanayo. Another advantage is the capacity to win the ball back high up the pitch through coordinated pressing. This allows the team to exploit gaps in the defense before the opponent can settle into a low block.

This 4-3-3 formation focuses on high intensity pressing and quick verticality. It is best suited for games where the team wants to dominate possession and punish opponents through rapid transitions.
