Luan works as an inverted eight, driving forward with the ball to connect the lines and press in a mid-block. Raí plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find the feet of the forwards or arrive late into the box. This trio allows Juventude to transition quickly from a defensive stance to an attacking one.

The attacking unit utilizes three attackers across the front to stretch the defence. Alisson acts as the pressing centre-forward, working to pin the last defender and hold up the ball for others. Marcos and Fábio operate as wide wingers who cut inside to create overloads in the half spaces. Marcos likes to use his dribbling style to beat his man, while Fábio stays wide to deliver crosses. They look to play one-two combinations to break the line and create chances through rapid movement.
