Focusing on directness and heavy pressing, this team utilizes a 3-5-2 formation. The lineup is built to control the central areas of the pitch and use quick transitions to punish opponents. By using a compact central block, the team looks to win the second ball and quickly move the ball into the attacking third.

Lic plays between the posts to organize the defensive unit. A back three forms the foundation, with Narloch acting as the central defender to hold the line and command the area. Wegner operates as the right centre-back to provide cover, while Klessa sits as the left centre-back. This three man line is designed to defend zonally and ensure the team stays compact when the opposition tries to play through the middle.

The midfield functions as a five man unit that links the defense to the attack. Stenwak acts as the single pivot, sitting deep to shield the defense and intercept passes. In front of him, Wojnerowicz and Remiszka occupy the central spaces to drive forward with the ball and press aggressively to win it back high up the pitch. Drewek and Materac push higher into the half spaces, acting as attacking midfielders who can join the front line. This setup allows the midfield to overwhelm the opposition in the central zones.

The attacking line uses two forwards in a partnership to stretch the opposition. Sawa and Mosek work in tandem, often combining in tight spaces to break the line. While one striker might hold up the ball to allow others to arrive late into the box, the other looks to make runs in behind the defense. The presence of Drewek and Materac behind them means the forwards are never isolated, allowing for constant link up play between the lines.

This formation offers several tactical advantages. The central density creates numerical superiority in midfield, making it difficult for opponents to play through the middle. Additionally, the team can use the wide presence of the attacking midfielders to create overloads. When the team wins the ball, the ability to transition quickly with Sawa and Mosek allows them to hit in behind the opposition on the transition.

This 3-5-2 formation provides a balanced way to control the center of the pitch while remaining dangerous on the break. It is best suited for games against teams that play with a wide formation and leave space behind their midfield.
