Atlas aims to control games through a high press and rapid verticality in a 4-3-3. The team uses this formation to squeeze the pitch and force turnovers in the opponent half, looking to exploit spaces behind the defense through direct passing and speed.

C provides the foundation in goal for Atlas. The defensive unit operates with a flat back four that can step up to set the offside trap. Jorge acts as the right back to provide width, while M works on the left to support the attack. In the center, A and Capasso form a partnership where A covers the space while Capasso holds the line. They work as a unit to maintain a high line, making sure the team remains compact when they defend zonally.

The midfield functions with a three-man midfield with a carrier. Paulo and E sit in the central roles to shield the defense and win the second ball. Paulo connects the defensive and attacking lines, while E works to press aggressively and win the ball high up the pitch. Esteves operates as an attacking ten behind the striker, finding pockets of space to receive on the half-turn and play through the lines. This trio ensures the team can recycle possession or break quickly once the ball is won.

In the final third, the Atlas attack relies on three attackers across the front. Zenon and Duk act as inverted wingers who cut inside to create central overloads. Zenon stays wide to stretch the defense before moving into the half spaces, while Duk looks to isolate a one on one wide. F operates as a pressing centre-forward, making runs in behind to stretch the opponent back line. The forwards work in combinations to deliver early crosses or cutbacks from the byline to find teammates arriving late into the box.

One major strength of this lineup is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, using the front three to trigger a press that the midfield can immediately join. Another advantage is the wide overloads created when Jorge and M push up to overlap the wingers. This creates constant pressure on the opposition full backs and forces them to defend deep.

The 4-3-3 formation allows Atlas to dominate the pitch through intensity and width. It is best suited for games against teams that play a slow build up and struggle to handle a high press.
