Atlas plays with a high press and a heavy focus on attacking verticality in a 4-3-3. This formation aims to win the ball high up the pitch and quickly move it into the final third to catch the opposition out of position. The lineup is built to squeeze the space in the middle and use wide players to stretch the defence.

Camilo stays between the posts to manage the defensive line. The back four works as a zonal line, with Juan José and Adonis acting as the central defenders to hold the line and cover space. Adonis provides strength in the air, while Juan José focuses on reading the game to intercept passes. The full backs, Jorge on the left and Jorge on the right, push high to provide width, which allows the central defenders to sit deeper and protect the area when the team loses the ball.

The midfield operates as a three-man midfield with a carrier and a creative engine. Elías and Aldo work in the central areas to press aggressively and win the second ball, while Luís plays as an attacking ten behind the striker. Luís connects the defensive and attacking lines by finding pockets of space, while Elías and Aldo shield the defence by tracking back and closing down passing lanes. This unit ensures that Atlas can recycle possession or hit in behind on the transition.

Atlas utilizes three attackers across the front to create constant pressure. Florian acts as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender and disrupt the build up from the back. On the flanks, Kevin and Arturo operate as inverted wingers who cut inside to create goal scoring chances. This movement creates space for the full backs to overlap the winger and deliver crosses. The forwards work in combinations to play through the lines, often looking for runs in behind the opposition defence.

One major strength of this Atlas formation is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it very difficult for opponents to play short from the back. The team also benefits from wide overloads when the wingers cut inside, allowing the full backs to join the attack. This creates numerical superiority in the final third and forces the opposition to defend deep.

This 4-3-3 formation is built for aggressive, high intensity football that seeks to dominate the opponent through pressing. It is best suited for games where the team needs to break down a low block or exploit a side that struggles with quick transitions.
