The midfield operates as a three-man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten. Alex and Mads Emil work to connect the defensive and attacking lines, with Alex often shielding the defence and Mads Emil driving forward with the ball into the half spaces. Húnor plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find pockets of space to receive on the half-turn and play through the lines.
