Robin operates as the goalkeeper within a flat back four. Stian and Pontus act as the central defenders, tasked to win the header and clear the lines when needed. Gabriel plays as the left back, ready to overlap the winger, while Jens Stryger takes the right back position to provide width. The back line works together to squeeze the space and set the offside trap when playing a high line.

The midfield consists of a three man midfield with a carrier and creators. Otto and Adrian operate in the central roles, where they work to press in a mid-block and win the second ball. Anders plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to arrive late into the box and play through the lines. This trio connects the defense to the attack, with the central players looking to intercept passes and quickly spread wide to the flanks.

The attack features three attackers across the front. Sead plays as an inverted winger on the left to cut inside, while Mayckel stays wide on the right to stretch the defense. Diego works as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender and hold up the ball for others. The forward line is designed to create runs in behind and allow the wingers to isolate a one on one wide.
