This midfield trio allows Belarus to control the center of the pitch and link the defense to the front three.

The attacking front line utilizes three attackers to stretch the opposition. JHONDER leads the way as a lone striker who focuses on hold up the ball and making runs in behind. On the flanks, YEFERSON and KEIBER act as inverted wingers who cut inside to create more central presence. This movement allows the team to isolate wide players in one on one situations once they receive the ball in the final third. The forwards press from the front to force a long ball and win possession in dangerous areas.

A major advantage for Belarus is the ability to create wide overloads through the combination of the full backs and the wingers. When YEFERSON cuts inside, LUÍS can push forward to overlap the winger and send crosses into the box. Another strength is the speed of transition when the midfield wins the ball, allowing Jefferson to immediately find the runs of JHONDER. This setup forces the opposition to stay narrow, which leaves space on the wings.
