The midfield functions as a three man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten. BARTOSZ and KACPER occupy the central roles to shield the defense and win the second ball. They work to compress the midfield and recycle possession when needed. SEBASTIAN plays in the hole as an attacking ten, looking to find the feet of the striker or arrive late into the box to finish chances. This unit connects the defensive block to the front three.

Poland utilizes three attackers across the front to stretch the defense. ADAM works as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender and hold up the ball for others. OSKAR plays as an inverted winger on the left to cut inside, while JAKUB stays wide on the right to pull the defense apart.
