Jastrzembski (4) · Krawczyk (1) · Marciniak (2) · Kurtysiak (10) · Ailen (5) · Manyeruke (17) · Wiśniewski (9) · Baran (20) · Niemier (6) · Batista (14) · Nikiforov (7)

Focusing on verticality and high intensity, this lineup utilizes a 4-3-3 to split the opposition. This formation is built to play with high energy, looking to win it back high up the pitch and move the ball toward the goal as fast as possible.

Krawczyk operates between the posts to organize the defensive line. The back four maintains a high line to compress the space, with Kurtysiak and Marciniak acting as full backs to provide width during build up. Ailen and Jastrzembski act as the central pairing, with Ailen often stepping into midfield to support the press while Jastrzembski covers the space behind him. The unit works to squeeze the space between the lines and force the opposition into long balls.

In the middle of the pitch, Manyeruke acts as a single pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. Nikiforov functions as an inverted eight, driving forward with the ball to link the lines, while Batista operates as an attacking ten behind the striker. Batista looks to find pockets of space to play through the lines and create chances. This three man midfield works to control the center, with Manyeruke dropping between the centre backs to receive when necessary.

The attack relies on three players working in close combination. Baran acts as a pressing centre forward to harass the opposition back line and hold up the ball for others. Wiśniewski and Niemier play as wide wingers who look to cut inside and attack the half spaces. The goal is to create runs in behind or find the feet of the striker through quick passing. By stretching the defence, the attackers create space for Batista to arrive late into the box.

One major advantage of this 4-3-3 is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, which can force turnovers in dangerous areas. The team also gains wide overloads when Kurtysiak and Marciniak push forward to support the wingers. This setup creates significant pressure on the opponent during transitions.

This formation relies on high pressing and rapid verticality to dominate games. It is best suited for facing teams that struggle to play out from the back or fail to handle intense physical pressure.
