Bratstvo plays with a direct and aggressive identity using a 5-2-3 formation. This lineup is built to exploit transitions and use heavy width to stretch the opposition. The team focuses on quick verticality to catch the other side out of position once they win the ball.

ALBERTOSI stays between the posts to manage the defensive unit. A back five provides a heavy defensive block featuring VORONIN as the central anchor. CHARLTON and VASOVIĆ sit on either side of him to defend the zone and provide cover. The wing backs, ZEBEC and VOGTS, act as attacking wing backs who provide much of the width. They are expected to push high up the pitch to support the attack while tracking back to maintain a compact defensive line when the ball is lost.

The midfield operates as a double pivot. SASTRE and MAZZOLA occupy the central areas to control the tempo and link the defense to the front line. One of them acts to shield the defense while the other drives forward with the ball to progress through the thirds. They must work to compress the midfield when defending and ensure they do not get bypassed by quick passing.

Bratstvo employs three attackers across the front to pin the opposition back line. SIVORI and KOPA act as wide wingers who look to cut inside and create chances. They often move into the half spaces to leave room for ZEBEC and VOGTS to overlap the winger. VUKAS plays as a lone striker to hold up the ball and fight for second balls. The attackers are tasked to press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition.

The formation offers the advantage of width through the attacking wing backs to create overloads. Bratstvo can also use the three attackers to pin the last defender and create space in the middle. The five man defense provides a solid base that allows the team to recover quickly after an attacking phase.

This 5-2-3 formation is built for teams that want to hit opponents on the break with speed. Bratstvo is well suited for matches against sides that play a high line and leave space behind their defenders.
