1-2-1 5 aside formation. The cb should always hold back, only going as high as the halfway line being an out ball in case of trouble. The midfielders should be box to box pushing forward in the spaces and getting back to defend in defence transition. The forward should be pressing the back line and creating space for the midfielders to bring the ball up the pitch, being the centre man and getting into the box whenever possible.
