Torino aims to control the tempo through a high press and verticality in a 4-3-3. This formation is built to win the ball high up the pitch and attack the opposition defense quickly. By utilizing a front three, the team looks to stretch the defense and create chances through direct play and rapid transitions.

In goal, LUCAS stays alert to command his area. The back line operates as a flat back four where NICCOLÒ acts as a right back to support the flank, while CRISTIANO plays as a left back to provide width. ERAY and PIETRO form the central defensive pairing, with ERAY acting as a ball playing defender to help play out from the back. The unit works together to maintain a high line, making sure to squeeze the space between the defense and midfield.

The midfield relies on a three-man midfield with a carrier to progress the ball. CESARE and GVIDAS occupy the central roles, with GVIDAS acting as a driver who carries the ball forward to link the lines. KIAN operates in a more advanced role, almost as an attacking ten behind the striker to find pockets of space. CESARE helps to shield the defense and win the second ball, ensuring the team remains compact when they do not have possession.

Torino employs three attackers across the front to pressure the opposition. NIKOLA operates as a wide winger on the left, while CHÉ acts as an inverted winger on the right to cut inside and create goalscoring opportunities. GIOVANNI serves as the lone striker, playing as a pressing centre-forward to harass the defenders. This front line is designed to create runs in behind and allow the wingers to pull wide, creating space for KIAN to arrive late into the box.

One major advantage for Torino is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, using the front three to trigger a press. This creates intense pressure on the opposition goalkeeper and defenders. Another strength is the speed of transition, as the team can move from a defensive block to an attacking phase very quickly once they win the ball in the middle third.

This 4-3-3 formation creates a heavy presence in both the central areas and the wide channels. It is best suited for games where the opponent plays a high line and can be punished by quick movements.
