ANTOR.S (01) · SHORIFUL (02) · FARUK (07) · SR.RAJON (02) · NS.NAIYEEM (05) · MUSA (11) · MOFAZJOL (22) · SOYKOT JR (09) · ABU BOKKOR (04) · ARIF/HRIDOY (18) · TUHIN JR (c) (10)

High pressing and verticality define the core identity of this team, which operates in a 2-5-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball high up the pitch and strike quickly before the opposition can settle. By utilizing a very aggressive front line and a dense midfield, the team seeks to overwhelm opponents in their own half.

MUSA acts as the lone man in goal, tasked with sweeping behind a very high defensive line. The backline consists of a two-man central defense where TUHIN JR (c) acts as the captain and leader of the unit. MOFAZJOL and TUHIN JR (c) must be comfortable playing as ball playing defenders to move the ball out from the back under pressure. Because there are only two defenders, they must hold a high line to squeeze the space and prevent long balls from bypassing the midfield.

The midfield is the engine of this lineup, functioning as a five-man block that dominates the central areas. SOYKOT JR and ARIF/HRIDOY operate as a double pivot to shield the two defenders and provide stability. ABU BOKKOR acts as the central connection, driving forward with the ball to link the defensive unit with the attackers. In the half spaces, NS.NAIYEEM and SR.RAJON push higher to create central overloads and support the press. This midfield group works to win the second ball and quickly recycle possession to the wide areas or the forwards.

The attacking unit uses three players across the front to stretch the defence. ANTOR.S operates as the lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and pin the last defender. On the flanks, FARUK and SHORIFUL act as wide attackers who aim to get to the byline and deliver crosses. These players aim to isolate one on one situations against full backs to create goal-scoring opportunities. The front three press in pairs to force a long ball and regain possession quickly in the final third.

A major strength of this formation is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it difficult for opponents to play out from the back. The density of the five-man midfield allows the team to create numerical superiority in the center of the pitch. Additionally, the movement of NS.NAIYEEM and SR.RAJON creates chaos in the pockets between the opposition midfield and defence.

This 2-5-3 formation relies on extreme bravery and high physical intensity to maintain control. It is best suited for matches against teams that struggle to play under pressure and rely on slow build up play.
