I see Madrid's 4-2-3-1 the best now in football. Chelsea will need to sign WINGERS as we lack them in the squad.

Chelsea should also buy younger bench players like Danilo (santos RB 20 yo), Lucas (sao paolo AM 20 yo) and Doumbia (cska moscow FR 23 yo).

The younger players like Lukaku and McEachren should be sent on Premier League loans to gain experience like Sturridge did.

Older players like Lamard, Anelka, Malouda and Drogba - it hurts me to say it - but they must leave for AVB to gain full control, their ego is to much to handle.

Players like Kalou, Obi Mikel, Bosingwa, Ferriera, Essien and Benayoun must leave due to lack of form and they just crowd the squad.

TERRY is a special case , he is MR. BLUE. Andre Villas-Boas must handle him and know when to play him and when to bench him.(Same as Carragher for Liverpool)
